Return policy

Thank you for shopping with KRKMart and we hope that you enjoy your new purchase, and we are grateful for your business.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

 Please contact our Customer Support Representative whom will contact you within 48 hours.

 How to Make a Return.

 For defective products or change of mind for your purchase, please contact Customer Service at sales@KRKMart.com within (30) days from the date of receipt and provide the order number, reason for return and a return e-mail address.  A KRKMart Customer Support Representative will evaluate your return request and contact you on the details for the return, a photo/video to support your return request is at times needed. Buyer will need to bear the return shipping fees.

 Follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Support Staff, please send it back using suitable packing, Our Returns Department will refuse orders if they are not properly packed or it is a different item of what you had purchased. Once the return is received, you will be contacted via email. Refund will be made 48 hours once we receive the item. It's that simple.

 Please note the following: 

We are unable to honour sale and/or promotional pricing once an order has been completed. In addition, we cannot honour sale / promotional pricing once a sale or promotion has ended. We do not allow stacked discounts.

KRKMart will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging. Accessories and anything else that came with the item must be included as well. If your return does not meet these conditions, you'll be charged a 15% or $15 re-stocking fee, whichever is greater, or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

KRKMart will not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from any other stores.
